Here are some resources that you may find helpful in learning more about some of the topics on the CEDAR webpage.
Please note, some of these materials are written for individuals or families of people with specific disorders such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. We have listed them here as there are limited resources available at this time for young people at risk for these illnesses or with more subtle symptoms. Individuals and families often find some of the information and strategies in these materials helpful even if their loved one does not meet criteria for a specific disorder.
But please keep in mind that the helpfulness of this material does not mean your loved one has or is developing the specific illness being discussed. For more information on the concept of risk, see: What Does "At Risk" Mean? >
