Megan Lilly, LMHC
Megan Lilly, LMHC is a licensed mental health counselor with CEDAR. She is the referral coordinator, fielding and screening referrals to the CEDAR Clinic and Research Programs, and consulting with clients, families, and clinicians during the screening process. She also conducts clinical assessments in the context of several CEDAR/CRC research studies.
Clinical Interests: Megan has previous experience working with diagnostically complicated youth and their families in outpatient, residential, and short term assessment/stabilization settings, providing individual, group, and family therapies. She believes in a client centered clinical approach and the necessity of culturally competent, strengths-based care. In addition to psychosis risk, Megan’s clinical interests include psychiatric diagnosis, sensory integration and trauma treatment, and working with the LGBTQ population.
Academic: Megan attended college at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia, where she majored in psychology. She earned a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Forensic Counseling at Northeastern University.
