Sarah Hopkins
Sarah Hopkins, Ph.D is a clinical psychology postdoc at the Brookline Community Mental Health Center within the CEDAR Clinic. She conducts psychiatric and neuropsychological evaluations and provides individual and family therapy to CEDAR clients and their families. She also supervises trainees.
Clinical Interests: Dr. Hopkins has experience working with individuals experiencing clinical high risk for psychosis as a trainee on the CEDAR clinic team. She is passionate about using specialty coordinated care to help young people better manage their clinical high risk symptoms and support them creating the life they want. In therapy, Dr. Hopkins uses strategies emphasizing the therapeutic relationship in combination with empirically grounded interventions to meet the individual needs and contexts of clients.
Academic: Dr. Hopkins earned their undergraduate degree in Psychology from Elon University, and her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Suffolk University. Dr. Hopkins completed her internship at the White River Junction VA Healthcare System.
